The bill (Reg. No. 7033) was drafted
to support the rights of the enterprises and entrepreneurs to participate in
the formation and implementation of the local self-government policy targeted
at the regulation of entrepreneurship.
The bill supplements the Law "On the Local Self-Government in Ukraine" with the provisions that protect business entities, promote local development of entrepreneurship, extend (specify) the authorities of the executive bodies of the village, township and municipal councils, and village, township and city mayors.
